Pre-Sales Executive (Business Development)

Support lead generation and prospecting through cold calling, referrals, and market outreach for Fintech, software development, and HR resource augmentation services.

An experienced resource with proven exposure, a strong track record of generating business, and consistently achieving assigned sales targets.

Identify, collect, and register RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, EOIs, and tenders relevant to Fintech, software, and staffing engagements.

Coordinate pre-sales activities, including requirement gathering, proposal inputs, and timelines with technical, HR, and finance teams.

Assist in proposal preparation, submission, and follow-ups to support deal closure.

Manage contract reviews, and execution in coordination with legal, finance, and management.
-
Track sales pipeline stages from lead → opportunity → contract → delivery handover.

Oversee client-side Purchase Order (PO) issuance to verify that scope, pricing, staffing, and internal approvals are fully aligned.

Prepare and coordinate invoices, billing schedules, and payment follow-ups as per contract terms.

Monitor contract renewals, expiries, SLAs, and compliance via CMS.

Maintain accurate documentation for audits, reporting, and management dashboards.

Act as a coordination bridge between business, technical teams, HR, clients, and vendors throughout the sales-to-delivery lifecycle.

Has got excellent presentation skills.

Conduct high impact demo sessions.

Act as a voice of customer and Exceptional story telling skills.
